Somerco Leadership
Steve Somerville, President
Steve Somerville's career began in real estate finance supporting real estate projects and developers across Ontario. Over the years, Steve transitioned to the private sector, having most recently been the President of an industry-leading manufacturing and service business since 2016. This company grew to be a world leader through timely delivery of products and services, innovative solutions, and unparalleled quality. Upon the successful divestiture of this business, Steve joined forces with Ivan to establish Somerco.

Steve is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and has been a director of a variety of public and private boards, including Magellan Aerospace Limited (TSX, MAL). He is also an ICD.D.​​
Ivan Lamb, Director of Construction
Ivan Lamb started his career in 1990 as a plumbing apprentice in residential construction with Sutherland Development Group and progressed to share supervision of the construction of custom homes and condominium complexes. Ivan transitioned to commercial/industrial construction and, for over 20 years, assumed leadership roles in construction management with two leading mid-market general contractors. Leveraging his experience and skills, Ivan started consulting on a project basis directly to developers to manage their construction projects from the ground up. Ivan has worked with developers such as North American Development Group, Senator Developments, Street Properties, Corebridge and Rockwood Developments.
